Chocolates

A praline is a chocolate shell filled with a smooth paste of caramelised nuts. A ganache is chocolate emulsified with fresh cream, sometimes infused with tea, spice or fruit. A truffle is a ganache rolled rather than moulded, dusted in cocoa or coated in chocolate. In our atelier the three are made daily in small batches, which is why the collection changes with the seasons.

Every chocolate in this collection is tempered, filled and finished by hand in our Dubai atelier. We use fine couverture, fresh cream and nuts roasted on site. Signature pieces include the saffron ganache, the cardamom praline, the pistachio and rose cluster and the karak chocolate, a tribute to the city's favourite tea.

Dark chocolate lovers will find 70% single-origin ganaches and pralines; milk chocolate pieces use a 40% couverture with a caramel note. Our sugar-free pralines are made with the same shells and fillings, without added sugar, for guests who avoid sugar without giving up chocolate.

Choose a Signature box of 16 or 25 pralines, a discovery box of 9, or a hamper combined with chocolate dates. Same-day delivery in Dubai before 1 pm, complimentary next-day delivery across the UAE, and Click & Collect in 15 minutes at The Dubai Mall. Companies can add a logo plaque on request.
