1. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

For UAE and SAR :

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

2. DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY

Process of shipping:
All our orders are processed within one working day. Shipping will be done by FEDEX delivering process.

Places we ship:
We currently deliver our products to UAE and SAR.

Duration for the shipment:
1. For Dubai :
– Orders placed before 1.00 pm (UTC +4) will be delivered the same day before 7.00 pm.
– Orders placed after 1.00pm ( UTC+4) will be delivered the next day before 6.00pm.

2. For Ras Al khaymah, Um Ul Quwain , Abu Dhabi, Alain, Fujairah and Ajman:
– Orders will be delivered 24h hours after the order is placed.

3. For Sharjah :
– Orders will be delivered 24h hours after the order is placed.

4. For Saudi Arabia :

Inside Riyadh :
– Orders placed before 3.00 pm (UTC +4) will be delivered the same day.
– Orders placed after 3.00pm ( UTC+4) will be delivered the next day.

Outside Riyadh :
– Orders will be delivered in the next 2 or 3 days after the order is placed.

B- For Trays and special arrangements:
Order will be delivered maximum in 3 business day.

Delivery charges:
Dubai – AED 25 and Free delivery for order above AED 300
Ras Al khaymah, Um Ul Quwain , Abu Dhabi, Alain, Fujairah and Ajman – AED 45 and Free for order above AED 800
Sharjah – AED 25 and Free delivery for order above AED 500

Saudi Arabia :

Riyadh – SAR 50 and Free delivery for order above SAR 650.
Outside of Riyadh – SAR 300.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

For UAE and SAR :

  1. Same day delivery : the customer can cancel their order within 1 hour after the order is placed.
  2. Next day delivery : the customer can cancel their order within 4 hour after the order is placed.
  3. Custom day delivery : the customer can cancel their order 24 hour before the delivery date.
  4. For special delivery (like baby composition) : the customer can cancel their order within 4 hour after the order is placed.

4. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

For UAE and SAR :

We will accept returns within 4 days of receipt if:
– The wrong products was delivered
– The products has been damaged during the delivery

We will not accept any returns if:
– The delivery packaging has been opened
– The product has been used

Please notify us immediately at info@forreygalland.com and return the box in its original packaging. In such instances, we will endeavor to send you another or refund the payment. We can only accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging.

If all these conditions are met, please ship your products back to us using a registered courier service and we will issue a full refund. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returned shipments if the product has been used or tampered with. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment with a minimum of 30 days for the transfer to be completed.
