This year’s UAE National Day Collection 2025 continues our Maison’s tradition of honouring meaningful cultural moments through refined chocolate artistry. For UAE National Day, Forrey & Galland has embraced this philosophy with a collection that feels both intimate and monumental in meaning. This year’s edition draws inspiration from a distinguished verse of the UAE national anthem, “Ishy Bilady” (عِيشي بلادي). The translated line, “Long Live My Nation,” marks the soul of the collection, a sentiment reflecting unity, generosity, and the nation’s forward-looking vision, integrating it as a subtle engraving, a poetic gesture that transforms the collection into a keepsake of memory.

The chocolates are hand-crafted in locally in Forrey & Galland Atelier using techniques refined in Paris since the early 20th century.
