This Diwali, Forrey & Galland takes celebration to new heights with a first-of-its-kind culinary collaboration with Michelin-starred Chef Vikas Khanna at Kinara, JA Lake View Hotel.
From October 17 to 21, 2025, guests will experience “Diwali by Design”, a five-day dining journey where luxury chocolate meets Indian cuisine in a specially curated set menu co-created by: Chef Vikas Khanna, Chef Ashish and Forrey & Galland’s Master Chocolatier
Each evening features chocolate-infused dishes, festive sweets, and storytelling through flavour, inspired by the significance of each Diwali day.
